Devouring the insignificant for his greed while dissipating the souls of those brave and strong enough to withstand his strength and the heat of his fiery haven of burning earth, Lucifer takes no prisoners and makes sure those who persevere through his wrath die by the agonizing and burning pain of Doom itself.
His main play in pubs seems to just be trying to amass enough gold to offset the low impact of his non-ult skills. Sans his ult, the rest of his kit feels severely clunky and outdated in terms of design. With his original master long gone, Lucifer grants his undying loyalty to the Scourge to finish what his lord once started. It's hard to calculate what it would take to make a hero the hands-down worst, but Doom does feel pretty damn bad.
